HSBC's Wealth, Private Banking Group Names New EMEA Head Of Alternatives
The newly-appointed figure, who previously worked at Credit Suisse in Zurich, has also worked at UBS and BNY Mellon Investment Management.
HSBC has appointed
Justine Kreis (pictured) as Europe, Middle East and Africa head
of alternatives for the private banking and wealth business.
Geneva-based Kreis, has taken over from Tomislav Culic,
who left the bank late last year.
Prior to this, Kreis worked at Credit Suisse in Zurich where she
was head of alternative investments for the Swiss bank. Her
prior roles include working for UBS Wealth Management in Zurich
and for BNY Mellon Investment Management in Geneva as head of
distribution for the region. In all, Kreis has worked in the
private banking and asset management sector for more than 25
years.
In recent developments, in early January HSBC wrapped up the
sale of its French retail banking business to Crédit Commercial
de France (CCF), a subsidiary of My Money Group. Its latest
