Global Headhunter Opens Wealth Management Office in Singapore

Global headhunter the Fox Partnership has opened an office in Singapore to cover the rapidly expanding Asian wealth management market. The operation will be led by founding partner and chief executive Simeon Fowler who has moved to Singapore from London to spearhead the operation. Mr Fowler will be joined by an experienced team from the UK and has exclusively revealed today to WealthBriefing the firm’s first key local hire Nick Hughes. “Nick will project Fox Partnership into the Asian marketplace with his established profile and vast network across Asia within the wealth management sector. Nick is an outstanding senior hire for Fox and his skills and knowledge will compliment Fox’s traditional expertise in the private wealth arena.” Philip Siddall founding partner and Group managing director added: "We have identified a gap in the Asian market for a high quality search firm with an in-depth understanding of the executive search process and local market. Fox has been researching and placing candidates in Asia for some time and we feel this is the perfect time to establish a more permanent presence.” Mr Hughes joins Fox as an associate director having had an extensive background in high level search both Asia and Europe. He will focus on wealth management mandates, primarily across South-East Asia and Greater China. Since 1999 The Fox Partnership has built a high profile executive search and business-consultancy firm with mandates in investment banking, global asset management and private wealth management covering UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific. The company also plans to target the growing hedge fund market in Singapore and Hong Kong drawing on its extensive knowledge of this sector in Europe.
