Global Exec Search Firm Names India Country Head

Korn/Ferry International, the international executive search firm, has appointed a new head for its India office.
Navnit Singh joins the firm as chairman and country head of India in 3 May, also functioning as global technology market leader for the unit.
Singh brings 30 years of industry experience to the role and moves from Heidrick & Struggles, another executive search firm, where he was managing partner of the global technology and services practice for Asia-Pacific and a member of the global chief human resources officer practice. Prior to that, he held senior executive positions in human resources for the likes of HSBC Investment Banking, Ranbaxy and Modi Olivetti.
Korn/Ferry International is headquartered in Los Angeles and has 18 offices in the Asia-Pacific region alone. In India, it has three: New Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore.
