Geneva-Headquartered Reyl & Co Adds To Corp Advisory, Structuring Team

Geneva-headquartered Reyl & Co, the private banking and investment house, has appointed Teofilo Masera as managing director in its corporate advisory and structuring department.

Geneva-headquartered Reyl & Co, the private banking and investment house, has appointed Teofilo Masera as managing director in its corporate advisory and structuring department. Prior to this, he worked for Morgan Stanley in London, Riyadh and Dubai for nearly 14 years.

Teofilo Masera has over 20 years of experience in investment banking both in Europe and in the Middle East. Specialising in corporate finance, he has participated in and completed transactions including mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions.

“The corporate advisory and structuring activity, which is designed both for entrepreneurs and their companies, has considerably grown since its launch in 2012,” Christian Fringhian, partner and co-head of corporate advisory and structuring, said.

Reyl, besides its London and Geneva offices, has offices in Zurich, Lugano, Paris, Luxembourg, Singapore and Hong Kong. It oversees more than SFr10 billion ($10.4 billion) of assets and employs 170 people. It was founded in 1973.
