Five Top-Level Promotions At Rothstein Kass

Rothstein Kass has promoted five high-profile team members including new principals Miri Forster, Sabrina Ho, Peter Kehrli and Jay Shepulski, and senior director Kevin Sasz.
Forster, who leads Rothstein Kass’ national tax controversy practice, and Shepulski, an audit principal, are based in New Jersey.
Forster has nearly 20 years of IRS practice, procedure and controversy experience. Shepulski provides audit, accounting and business advisory services to domestic and international clients, in both publicly-traded and privately-held sectors. He is heavily involved in Rothstein Kass’ SEC practice, which consists primarily of small- and mid-sized registrants, the firm said.
Ho, a tax leader in the firm’s family office group, and Kehrli, a leader within the venture capital practice, are both based in San Francisco, CA.
Ho provides tax compliance and consulting services to high net worth individuals and family offices, while Kehrli specializes in audit and tax services for domestic and offshore alternative investment vehicles.
Based in New York, Sasz, a senior director, oversees tax issues and consults on trading strategies. He also assists clients with tax planning strategies, the preparation of technical reports, and the tax implications of securities transactions.
