First Republic Bank Appoints Managing Director
US-listed First Republic Bank has named Brian McNamee as managing director.
McNamee currently works at First Republic's headquarters office in San Francisco. In his new position, he will provide individuals, families, businesses and foundations with banking, investment management, trust, brokerage and real estate lending services.
Prior to First Republic, McNamee worked for Wells Fargo as a private mortgage banker.
First Republic Private Wealth Management is the investment management, trust and brokerage group of First Republic Bank.
The firm's latest figures, issued at the end of the first half of 2011, showed wealth management assets totalling $19.6 billion – up by 17 per cent from the end of 2010.
