Fiduciary, Corporate Services House Opens Bangkok Office
The firm is already present in Switzerland, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Labuan and Singapore.
Alpadis Group, which provides multi-jurisdictional corporate and bespoke fiduciary services, has opened an office in Bangkok. It has also partnered with Mahanakorn Partners Group, a Thai law firm which was founded in 1999.
As a result of the agreement, Alpadis Group, which is present in Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Labuan and Singapore, will extend its footprint across Asia.
This pact follows a trend of Western firms seeking to build wealth businesses in Asia.
“Thailand continues to improve its attractiveness for Foreign
Direct Investment (FDI) with a number of government initiatives
that seek to make the country more accessible to those seeking to
expand their presence in Thailand and Asia, while at the same
time reducing the amount of `red tape’ required for beginning or
expanding such business activities,” Alain Esseiva, co-founder
and CEO of Alpadis Group, and Dominik Heer, COO of Alpadis Group,
said. Heer is leading the Thai expansion.
The Alpadis Group is an independent and privately-owned group,
founded in Switzerland in 2005.
