London-based investment manager Fidelity International has reinforced its premium services team with the appointment of Richard Fellows as head of its investor centre and premium services. He joins from Fisher Wealth Management, where as managing director and president he established a UK arm of the US-based company Fisher Investments.

Reporting to David Dalton-Brown, head of Fidelity International’s direct business, Mr Fellows will join in July 2008, based at Fidelity’s investor centre in the City.

The new appointment forms part of Fidelity’s plans in the high net worth market; areas for focus already announced are the development of a new premium service website, the creation of tailored solutions and the launch of financial guidance services.

The firm manages a total of £130.4 billion (around $257.4 billion) of assets.
