Fidelity Funds Arm Adds Five Fund Houses To Partner List

Fidelity Worldwide Investment has expanded its Hong Kong business through new partnerships with five fund houses.

FundsNetwork, its open fund platform that was launched in Hong Kong in 2009, has added AXA Investment Managers, Franklin Templeton Investments, Janus Capital Group, PIMCO and Robeco group. The deal brings the total number of fund providers and funds offered by the unit to 11 and 337.

FundsNetwork is an instrumental part of Fidelity's Wealth arm as it is through its network where clients can compare and filter funds through their designated private client manager and the firm's mobile channels.

"Our FundsNetwork covers a wide range of asset classes through which our FidelityWealth clients can construct their portfolios. We will continue to expand our network of fund partners to provide more choices," said Bruno Lee, regional head of retail for Asia ex-Japan.

Fidelity Worldwide Investment has offices in Australia, China, Japan, Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan and India.
