Emirates NBD Launches Priority Centre In UAE

Emirates NBD, the Arab banking giant, has opened a Priority Banking Centre in Sharjah, as part of its expansion plans.

The centre is said to be part of the bank’s plans to extend its services for clients in the affluent segment, according to media reports which also stated that the products to be offered include Jersey offshore deposits and gold certificates. Other offerings are said to include lifestyle and "red carpet" privileges.

The new branch brings the total number of Priority Banking Centres in the country to 45 and the total number of relationship managers to 120, said a report by Banking Business Review.

Emirates NBD has operations in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the UK and Jersey, and has representative offices in India, Iran and Singapore.
