Two veteran financial industry consultants, who have both previously worked at Citisoft in senior roles, have joined to set up Investment and Wealth Management Consultants, this publication can exclusively report.

Steve Dyson and Neil Craddock have formed a business that will provide management and IT consulting, interim management and recruitment services aimed entirely at the financial services sector, the firm said in a statement.

“We believe that investment and wealth managers require specialist consulting services from a firm whose consultants have personal experience of the challenges that they are facing. They also expect thought-leadership and creative solutions for the issues that are keeping them awake at night,” Dyson said. His business partner added: “We firmly believe that our vast experience and knowledge of the market together with our client-focused culture and our pragmatic and cost-effective approach to project delivery will prove to be a major differentiator in the current market climate.”

In his previous role, Dyson worked at his own eponymous company, Steve Dyson Associates; he has previously worked at Citisoft, at which Craddock also worked as chief operating officer and head of its wealth management practice.
