Distribution Technology Recruits Trio From Bankhall

The UK-based fintech, risk-profiling and financial services firm has expanded its asset & risk modelling and IFA account management teams.
Distribution Technology, a provider of risk profiling and financial planning technology and services, has made three appointments from Bankhall.
Jason Dewar and Ian Clarke, previously part of Bankhall’s research department, join Distribution Technology’s asset and risk modelling team as senior consultant, financial analytics, and senior quantitative analyst, respectively. Based in Reading, they will help grow the range of research and profiling services provided through the firm's Dynamic Planner tool.
Meanwhile, Pam Brunt joins the Reading-based IFA Account Management team as senior account manager. She was previously regional development manager at Bankhall, according to her LinkedIn profile. The team is led by James Smith, who recently joined from AXA Elevate.
“Bringing together this experienced team from Bankhall will provide consistency and continuity for their members whilst also allowing us to build on the services that Dynamic Planner already offers. In Jason and Ian we have huge experience of researching investment options in the IFA market and this will invaluable as we expand the services that we provide to our clients,” said Chris Fleming, head of financial analytics at Distribution Technology.
The appointments follow the recent announcement that Bankhall selected Distribution Technology to provide research and end-to-end risk profiling and investment process via Dynamic Planner.
Distribution Technology, which was founded in 2003, serves over 6,000 advisors from more than 500 advisory firms. It works with more than 80 asset management firms to risk profile over 800 of their funds and portfolios and help advisors assess their suitability.
