Digital Wealth Manager Toasts One-Year UK Anniversary With Senior Hire
Moneyfarm, launched in 2012, has reported strong growth and recruited a chief commercial officer.
Moneyfarm, the digital wealth manager, has logged 16 per cent month-on-month average growth and made a senior hire as it marks its one-year anniversary since launching in the UK.
Scott Gallacher has joined as chief commercial officer, following the addition of Paolo Savini Nicci as chief financial officer and Richard Flax as chief investment officer in December last year.
Gallacher has around 20 years of industry experience and has worked at companies including Facebook, Sky and American Express.
Moneyfarm said it has a team of 80 in place, having doubled its number of employees since landing in the UK.
In September 2016, Moneyfarm bagged a strategic investment from Allianz and has since partnered with global money app Revolut, as well as Uber to provide partner drivers with access to pension and ISA products.
