BNP Paribas Securities Services, part of BNP Paribas, has taken a "strategic stake" in the capital of fintech AssetMetrix, giving BNPSS potential to boost and digitalise its services to private capital clients and investors in regions such as Asia and Europe.

The move enables BNPSS's clients to improve how they make decisions and monitor potential risks. Asset manager clients will also be able to give end-investors individual access to reporting tools.

The new services include portfolio monitoring with full look-through capabilities on investee companies, cash flow and performance forecast, risk analysis, stress testing, benchmarking, workflow and document management.
