Dexion Guernsey Names Executive Director
Dexion Capital Guernsey, the fund administration and fund management firm, has named Robin Fuller as an executive director.
Fuller, who has been on the firm’s board as a non-executive director since 2004, was previously chairman of Dominion Group and also served as managing director of Rothschild Asset Management in the Channels Islands and HSBC Securities Services (Guernsey).
Fuller will be working alongside an existing eight-strong team providing investment management and corporate services. The firm said it has seen a significant uptick in new business in Guernsey, for both its fund management and administration services, and this is driving its ongoing expansion on the island.
Dexion Capital (Guernsey) was launched in December 2002 following the launch of Dexion Capital plc in July 2000. The firm’s activities include the provision of research, structuring, distribution and marketing support to both open and closed-ended funds, and market making, corporate broking and fund administration services for listed closed-end funds. It additionally provides corporate finance advisory services for third-party asset managers and investment management through white-labelled Dexion branded funds.
