Delta Capita
Delta Capita, a
global consulting, solutions and managed services provider, has
bought JDX
Consulting, building Delta’s standing as a “significant”
force in global managed services and consulting in capital
markets.
JDX, a UK-based consulting business, has footprints in the US and
Asia-Pacific. Following the transaction, Delta Capita will have
revenues of $130 million and more than 1,100 professional staff.
Delta is part of Prytek, a Singapore-based investment
firm.
The acquisition of JDX Consulting is Delta’s third such purchase
in the past 15 months.
Delta’s managed services include client lifecycle management,
anti-money laundering and know-your-client work, structured
retail products, post-trade and pricing and risk.
