DBS Expands Asian Cash Management Coverage Through JP Morgan Deal

DBS Bank has signed an alliance with JP Morgan to launch a programme that will help expand the Singaporean firm's cash management capabilities in Asia.
Through the partnership, DBS becomes the first and only Asian bank able to provide regional treasury services across the whole region, it said in a statement.
DBS already has an extensive global cash management presence in Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, India and Taiwan. This latest deal will further extend its coverage into Australia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines and Thailand, where JP Morgan has significant operations.
DBS is the largest bank in Singapore and has over 200 branches across 15 markets in the Asian region, with a focus on Greater China, South East Asia and South Asia.
