Crestbridge Confirms CEO Appointment

The new chief executive, who brings 25 years of real estate deal making, has been appointed.
Following the addition of new offices in Ireland and New Jersey, Crestbridge has confirmed Dean Hodcroft’s appointment as chief executive.
Hodcroft (pictured) started in the Jersey office this month and succeeds outgoing boss Graeme McArthur, who is remaining to look after selected Crestbridge clients.
As the former CFO and founder of real estate investment firm Cale Street Partners, Hodcroft brings European real estate consulting expertise to the firm. Before that, he spent 26 years at Ernst & Young, where he became a partner in 2001, leading its real estate tax group. He also led EY’s real estate practice for EMEIA, advising real estate funds, investors, developers, family offices and sovereign wealth funds.
"I’m excited to be part of the journey of this fantastically agile, digitally advanced, and people-orientated business; qualities I will continue to drive forward,” Hodcroft said.
Crestbridge provides outsourced fiduciary, administrative, accounting and compliance services globally across eight offices in Bahrain, Cayman, Ireland, Jersey, London, Luxembourg, New Jersey and New York, employing around 400 staff.
