Cordea Savills Makes Double Appointment

Cordea Savills, the UK-based international property investment manager, has made two hires to its Nordic investment team, based in Stockholm. Hélène Henning joins as an asset manager and Sofia Sandh as an analyst.

Henning joins the firm from Genesta, where she was an asset manager. She began her career as a consultant at Accenture in Stockholm and has also worked as an account manager at Eurohypo Corporate Banking, as well as serving as a business development manager at Coor Service Management.

Sandh joins Cordea Savills from Catella Corporate Finance, where she was a transactions analyst. Before that, she was a real estate valuer at SBAB Bank in Stockholm.

As at 31 December 2012, Cordea Savills and other Savills Group companies managed a total of €8,222 million in assets (around $12,219 million).
