Offshore law firm Conyers Dill & Pearman has hired London company law and corporate finance barrister Rosalind Nicholson to the firm’s BVI litigation and restructuring team.

Nicholson, who joins from the chambers at 4 Stone Buildings, has appeared in a number of complex and high-profile English cases at all levels.
