Compliance Corner: European Investment House Secures Abu Dhabi Licence

PATRIZIA
PATRIZIA, a German
investment firm focused on property and infrastructure, has
obtained a licence in Abu Dhabi to arrange and advise on
investments.
The firm has secured a Financial Services Permission from the
Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Abu Dhabi Global
Market. The business has also formed an office in Abu Dhabi.
JC Klein, PATRIZIA’s head of global client solutions for Middle
East, Africa, Australia and New Zealand, has moved to Abu Dhabi
to lead the regional office.
“Establishing a presence in the Middle East allows us to deepen
relationships and deliver tailored investment strategies that
fully align with the priorities of our local clients,” Klein
said.
The new office is PATRIZIA’s 26th global location. It has about
€56 billion ($58.7 billion) in assets under management.
