Committee Changes To Heng Seng's Index Arm

Hang Seng Indexes, the firm owned bank Hong Kong’s second largest bank, Hang Seng,  has made some changes its advisory committee, the company has announced.

Naomi Denning, managing director, investment services, Asia Pacific at Towers Watson, has retired from the committee after more than 10 years of distinguished service, the firm said in a statement.

Towers Watson’s head of investment for Hong Kong, Philip Tso, has been appointed as a new committee member. With immediate effect, he is responsible for advising institutional clients on a broad range of investment-related services, including investment strategy, benchmark design and ongoing monitoring. He has over 16 years’ consulting experience in the investment and pension industries.

The Hang Seng Family of Indexes is managed and compiled by Hang Seng Indexes Company Limited (formerly HSI Services Limited) and comprises a wide range of flagship, benchmark, thematic and strategy indices that cover stocks listed in Hong Kong and mainland China markets.
