Close Trustees (Switzerland), a Geneva trust company, has rebranded itself as Close Summit Trust Company. The change of name follows the management buy out from UK-based Close Group completed in April 2007. Daniel Martineau, managing director of the Swiss trust company, said: “The new name makes a clearer distinction between the ownership of our business, in which Close has a 20 per cent stake, and the other trust businesses within Close Wealth Management Group which are 100 per cent owned.”
