Catholic Order's German Private Bank Implements Profitdata System

Steyler Bank, the German bank of the Catholic Order of Steyler Missionaries that focuses on investments meeting certain ethical standards, has implemented the e-AMIS wealth management system of Profitdata Group.

Since the start of the year all of the advisory mandates and trusts of the St Augustin-based bank have been managed with the Swiss provider’s software. Steyler Bank is leveraging Dusseldorf’s WGZ Bank’s e-AMIS platform, on which several other cooperative banking institutions are already working with e-AMIS.

“From both the cost and benefit perspectives, e-AMIS is the optimal solution for us. With e-AMIS, we are able to implement a comprehensive and modern software solution for our portfolio and trust management that is completely integrated into the WGZ Bank platform. This ensured a streamlined implementation project and made the final decision very easy,” Ralf Kern, head of asset management at the bank, said.

Profidata Group is a Swiss provider of investment and wealth management software for the financial services industry. It was founded in 1985 and its group headquarters are in Urdorf, near Zurich.
