Loring Ward International has created the Loring Ward Asset Management & Advisory Services division, combining Loring Ward Advisor Services and Loring Ward Capital Management, the company's businesses serving independent advisors and private clients. The new division will be led by Bob Herrmann, currently president of Loring Ward Capital Management. Loring Ward is an unlisted Canadian public company with principal operating subsidiaries in California and New York with $3.6 billion of assets under management.
