Eric Johnson of CNB Bank has been promoted to assistant vice president for wealth and asset management, president and chief executive Joseph Bower announced.

Johnson joined CNB Bank as a member of the management training program in 2004 and afterwards obtained a position within the bank’s wealth and asset management services division as a trust administrator. In 2010, he was promoted to trust officer.

In his new role, he will primarily be responsible for wealth and asset management, trust administration, business development, estate planning and administration.

CNB is a subsidiary of CNB Financial Corporation and is based in Northwestern Pennsylvania.
