Honolulu, HI-based CKW Financial Group has affiliated with Financial Advisers of America, the San Diego, CA-based broker-dealer.

CKW has around $900 million in assets under management and will utilize FAA’s broker-dealer services, including its open architecture technology, brokerage platform and compliance department.

The affiliation brings assets under management by FAA registered representatives towards the $3 billion mark, the firm says.

“As a firm, we are very focused on the expansion of our investment advisor relationships and the addition of CKW helps solidify that focus,” said Jodi Johnston, chief executive of the broker-dealer.
