BlackRock Replace Outgoing Co-Portfolio Manager

The firm has replaced its co-portfolio manager, according to the London Stock Exchange.
Mark Wharrier, co-portfolio manager of BlackRock, has resigned from
his post to pursue another role.
The board of BlackRock Income and Growth Investment Trust has
expressed its thanks to Mark for his contribution, a London Stock
Exchange statement has said.
BlackRock has appointed David Goldman, senior director within the
BlackRock UK equity team, as co-portfolio manager to work to
replace Wharrier, with immediate effect. Goldman will work
alongside Adam Avigdori.
Goldman joined Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, in 2004, which
merged with BlackRock, in 2006, and is currently co-manager of
the BlackRock UK income fund.
