Benjamin Edwards Hires 10 For New Danbury Office

Benjamin F Edwards & Co has named 10 financial professionals to its new office in Danbury, Connecticut.

Leading the new branch is Arnold Rozany, who will serve as senior vice president for investments and branch manager. Rozany spent most of his career at AG Edwards, which was acquired by Wachovia Securities in 2007. Wachovia has been renamed to Wells Fargo Advisors.

Also joining the team are Anthony Falcone and Robert Schenck as vice presidents for investments, Terry Rodrigues as associate vice president for investments, and Christopher Kachur as financial consultant. Several new financial associates have also been named, including Rozany's long-time assistant Joanne Eppolito.

"We want to build branches in middle market and major metro areas where the economics work and where we have identified individuals with a track record of success. We're not going to add locations just to put a pin on a map," Benjamin Edwards IV, the firm's chairman, chief executive and president, said in a press statement.

With the new Danbury office, the Benjamin Edwards now employs over 125 individuals at its 12 branches in seven US states.
