The London-based private bank has appointed leadership for the North West of England.

Arbuthnot Latham has appointed Nick Cringle as private banking director of its North West regional operations, a newly-created role.

Cringle joins from Oakmore Investment Partners, an investment boutique offering wealth management services to ultra-high net worth clients, where he was a founding partner.

Prior to that, he held senior positions with Coutts, including co-chief investment officer, managing director and global head of tailored portfolio management.

“With Nick’s appointment Arbuthnot Latham is demonstrating its commitment to the North West and his extensive experience of over thirty years in the financial services sector will prove invaluable,” said Ian Henderson, Arbuthnot Latham’s chief executive.

Arbuthnot Latham’s North West division employs eight staff.
