AMA's Orlando opens Tampa Bay satellite

"Need to serve existing clients" Florida's west coast dictates expansion. Multi-family office Asset Management Advisors (AMA) is expanding its Orlando, Fla., office to include a branch in Tampa Bay.

"The need to serve existing clients on the west coast of Florida initially dictated our opening a new office in Tampa Bay," says Stephen Salley, chairman of AMA's Orlando office. "We've assembled a seasoned team of professionals who have already attracted interest from potential clients." Salley and Orlando office president JoEllen Ross will oversee the Tampa Bay branch. The office will be staffed by a team of three client service professionals.

Darlene Grayson leads AMA's Tampa Bay team. As the branch's family wealth advisor, she's responsible for delivering wealth management services. Financial advisor Ray Sidwell designs and implements client portfolios. Elaine Caldwell coordinates family services and sees to day-to-day client administration.

Grayson came to AMA from its parent, Atlanta-based SunTrust Banks, where she was a first v.p. of private client services in St. Petersburg, Fla. She is a board of trustees member for of All Children's Hospital Foundation, Academy Prep Center for Education and Outback Steakhouse Foundation. In addition, she is president of All Children's All Children's Hospital Foundation Development Council.

Sidwell was senior financial advisor in Ernst & Young's Tampa Bay-based Southeast region, where he consulted on estate planning and investment strategy.

Caldwell is a 20-year veteran of SunTrust Banks.

AMA says it offers customized, objective wealth management solutions for high net worth individuals and their families. In addition to its Palm Beach, Fla., headquarters and newly expanded Orlando office, AMA has offices in Miami, Atlanta, Washington, D.C., Greenwich, Conn. and Charlotte, N.C. -FWR
