1st - The Exchange, Wealthtime Partner On New Messaging Service

1st – The Exchange, the UK-based financial services technology firm, has integrated its back office software system, Adviser Office, with the wrap provider Wealthtime to provide a new messaging service.

Under the partnership users can access a direct messaging service from the Wealthtime platform via Adviser Office’s e-Services module – providing them with information on current cash balance data, unit holdings and a range of other assets.

“With the addition of Wealthtime our users can now receive a completely automated scheduled bulk update on all investments, cash and portfolio assets held – offering significant time savings on valuation and client servicing activities,” said David Child, managing director at 1st – The Exchange.

Other key benefits of the new service include efficient client valuation reporting and the removal of the need for advisors to re-key data, the firm said in a statement.

In other recent developments, at the end of October 1st – The Exchange unveiled a partnership with UK wrap provider Novia, giving users of Adviser Office access to online valuations and commissions data from the Novia wrap platform through the system’s e-Business suite.
