Raymond James Recruits Independent Advisor Team From Morgan Stanley

Raymond James Financial Services, an independent broker/dealer subsidiary of Raymond James, has recruited a new team in the shape of Illinois-based Dashboard Wealth Advisors.

The team joins from Morgan Stanley, where they managed over $240 million in client assets and had annual fees and commissions of $1.9 million.

DWA is led by managing director, Scott Schuster, who is also a financial advisor at Raymond James. He is joined by his business partner, Paul Casazza - also an advisor at Raymond James - as well as operations manager, Mary Phillips, and DWA’s chief financial officer, Heather Schuster.

The trio also worked together at Morgan Stanley, where they operated as the Schuster-Casazza Group.

Through its four broker/dealer subsidiaries, Raymond James Financial has some 6,200 financial advisors serving more than 2.4 million accounts in some 2,600 locations throughout the US, Canada and overseas.
