Lombard Odier Veteran To Return To Zurich From Hong Kong

The head of private clients for Lombard Odier Darier Hetsch in Hong Kong will return to his homeland of Switzerland after 11 years in the role.

Philip Jehle, a 24-year private banking veteran, is moving back to Zurich next week for family reasons but will continue to look after his Asian clients from there, confirmed a spokesperson for the Swiss bank. .

Jehle does not replace anyone in Zurich and his management duties in Hong Kong will be taken up by locally-based Philippe Adler, managing director.

In 1991, Jehle moved to Hong Kong where he built up the client base of LGT in Asia over a decade. In 2001 he joined Lombard Odier in his current role.
