LV, formerly Liverpool Victoria and the UK’s largest friendly society, plans to double the size of its asset management arm. LV Asset Management already manages about £8 billion ($16 billion) of funds. The expansion will be overseen by Ann Roughead, the chief operating officer, who joined from Citigroup in April. The aim is to double the size of its 38-strong team over the next three years.
