New Chairman for Dresdner Bank (Switzerland)

Dr Franz-Josef Lerdo left Dresdner Bank (Switzerland) on 14 September, according to a statement from the German bank. Dr Lerdo has been chairman since 2001 and a member of the executive board since 2000. The new chairman will be Thomas Kiefer who will start his new role today. Mr Kiefer has been with Dresdner since 1985 and since 2003 has been on the executive board of the Luxembourg operation, serving as chief financial officer.
