UBS Wealth Management Promotes for US Recruiting Head

UBS Wealth Management US has promoted Paul Santucci to Head of Field Development & Recruiting as of the end of August. He will liaise with branch and regional managers to implement coaching and development programmes, and will have responsibility for recruiting experienced and new financial advisors and branch managers in the US. Mr Santucci's current role is regional manager for the UBS’s North Atlantic region. Previous roles include regional director and branch manager positions at Prudential Securities, Salomon Smith Barney and Shearson Lehman Brothers.
