UK's Cocoon Wealth Opens New Solar Energy Fund

, a private investment specialist headquartered in London, has launched a new solar energy fund. Cocoon has private investment holdings of over £170 million, a ($272.7 million) according to its website.
The Cocoon Green Energy Solar Fund offers a flexible and low risk investment opportunity that focuses on mitigating inheritance tax and delivering an RPI linked return.
Investors in the fund may also benefit from Business Property Relief (BPR), which removes the investment from their estate for inheritance tax purposes after 2 years.
No initial fees or charges are deducted from the investment. The fund aims to generate returns through the creation of businesses that will construct and operate solar plants across the UK.
“The Cocoon Green Energy Solar Fund is an effective way for investors to reduce or eliminate exposure to inheritance tax and earn an inflation proofed return through the investment in solar assets.
