Kames Hires New Manager For Spain, Portugal

UK investment house has appointed Nadia Bucci as business development manager, focusing on the Spanish and Portuguese markets.

Bucci is based in the London office and reports to head of continental European wholesale Richard Dixon.

She joins from Osmosis Investment Management where she was responsible for business development. Prior to Osmosis she worked at Acropolis Capital in a similar role.

"This is an exciting time in the Spanish financial services market with many commentators predicting it will be one of the fastest growing markets for investment funds over the coming years. Nadia’s experience will bring significant value to our European team as we look to build our business on the Iberian Peninsula," said Steve Kenny, head of retail sales.

Kames Capital currently operates in Austria, Belgium, the Channel Islands, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Spain and Switzerland, as well as its home market of the UK.
