Ogier Adds Partner To Roster Of Experts In Luxembourg

Ogier, the international law firm, has appointed Caroline Bormans to its Luxembourg office as a partner.  She specialises in corporate tax, international tax structuring, mergers and acquisitions and relocation of firms, among other areas.

Bormans also handles optimisation of intellectual property rights, tax aspects of real estate investments, acquisition of distressed debt and all tax matters related to investment funds, Ogier said in a statement.

She has extensive experience having worked for a Luxembourg corporate law firm as well as for leading, global accountancy / professional services firms in Belgium and Luxembourg and at her own boutique legal practice, focusing on tax and general business law, it said.

Bormans is a member of the Luxembourg and Brussels Bars.
