has expanded its range of offerings available to its clients with the addition of legal advisory services.
The division, regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, will allow the multi-family office to give the advisory services to its international client base who operate businesses in the UK, as well as those looking to relocate.
Run by Yuliya Andresyuk, head of legal services at Oracle Capital Group, advice will be given in four areas. Firstly, it will offer corporate and M&A advice, ranging from due diligence on commercial transactions to advice on joint ventures, as well as share and asset acquisitions and disposals.
Secondly it will provide debt financing advice for clients aiming to obtain capital through debt; it will also give advice on intellectual property protection, including licensing, distribution and copyright issues.
Finally it will advise its clients, who are predominantly Eastern European and South-East Asian, on international business or relocation.
“It has been our strong belief ever since founding Oracle Capital Group that the successful modern family office will provide much more than pure investment advice,” said Martin Graham, chairman of Oracle Capital Group.
“We are thrilled to further expand our offering by adding legal advisory services which will be highly in demand from our international client base who require expert guidance when navigating the UK judicial system,” he added.
Martin Graham will be speaking at a breakfast briefing held by this publication on Thursday 16 October in London, titled Global Economic Outlook: Recoupling Growth and Inflation. Click here to register your interest in this event.
