Malta-based investment management company Prestige Capital Management has appointed Iain Fulton as chief operating officer.
Prestige said in a statement that Fulton will support various Prestige companies internationally and that the appointment would help it achieve its ongoing regulatory obligations along with its medium-term expansion plans.
Fulton began his career at Investcorp Bank in Bahrain, before moving to Merrill Lynch and then to Wellington Management International, both in London. He then joined Otkritie Securities Limited, a Russian-owned firm of stockbrokers, before moving to London based Sberbank CIB (UK).
“It is now over three years since we established a regulated investment management business in Malta and I have often been quoted as saying our business is all about good people and good processes. Iain’s experience will help us to achieve our growth plans for both the Malta Funds business and the wider Prestige businesses,” said Craig Reeves, founder of Prestige.
