Further Senior Promotions At Carey Olsen

Offshore law firm has made two appointments to its offices in Guernsey and Jersey, adding to a number of recent moves.

Keith Dixon, a trust and fiduciary specialist, joined the firm in 2008 as a senior associate, having practiced Jersey law since 1994. He has previously represented a number of institutions in a variety of contentious and non-contentious matters before the Royal Court of Jersey.

The other hire, Simon Florance, joined Carey Olsen as a senior associate in 2006. He has also been with PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal in Sydney after working as solicitor, specialising in commercial litigation and regulatory matters.

Other promotions to the firm included the appointment of former associate Kate McCaffrey, a corporate and finance lawyer, as senior associate, and the appointment of former probate administrator, Gill Morgan, to senior probate administrator in Jersey and litigation lawyer. Tim Bamford and property lawyer Jonathan Anderson, were promoted to senior associate level in Guernsey, while Imogen Payne, a corporate and investment funds lawyer based in London, was made a senior associate.
