Wealth Firm In UK's Midlands Expands With Acquisition

Based in Bridgnorth, Shropshire, Walter Financial Planning will be able to give its clients longer term continuity under BRI’s management.

The move creates BRI’s second office in the Bridgnorth area, which Walter Financial Planning staff will continue to operate. A BRI spokesperson told this publication that no jobs would be lost in the acquisition.

Following on the success of the acquisition, BRI will take the next step of its long-term growth strategy in the summer, when it plans to add three more staff to its 32-strong team.

The Meriden-headquartered firm offers investment and financial planning services, with clients including private investors, family trusts, charities, pension schemes and financial institutions.
