Speechly Bircham Creates Six New Partners

In one of Speechly Bircham's largest promotion rounds in recent years, the UK-based law firm has promoted six of its lawyers to the status of partner, in areas including private wealth and financial services.
The new partners are all located in the London office. The private client partner is Alice Neilan. She is an international private client lawyer, advising foreign domiciled individuals on their UK tax matters and personal estate planning. She also advises non-UK private banks and investment managers on how to structure bank accounts and tailor their investment offering from a UK tax perspective to attract UK resident, non-UK domiciled clients.
The five other new partners at are Adam Crossley (private equity); Fiona Edmond (construction); David Hicks (corporate); Sarah Morley (real estate); and Louise Ward (real estate).
The promotions will take effect from 1 May.
