Expansion In British Virgin Islands Team For Law Firm Bedell

Law firm grows its British Virgin Islands team with the appointment of a senior associate and a newly-qualified lawyer for the territory.
Erica Mandryko joins the firm in its Tortola office, moving from Harneys. She specialises in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and capital markets activity. In her previous role at Harneys, she also served as a senior associate for over five years.
Additionally, Nancy Chien crosses the Atlantic from Bedell’s Jersey office, following her qualification as a BVI lawyer. On the Channel Island, she was a senior associate and member of the trust and private client team, advising on trust–related structures.Her new qualification comes as the firm tries to bolster the depth of experience available to clients.
It currently advises on all aspects of BVI law including mainstream corporate finance work, joint ventures, listings, banking, funds, capital markets, sale and purchase transactions and private client asset holding structures.

As well as offices in Jersey and Tortola, the legal advice and fiduciary services firm also has a base in Singapore.
