The addition of Nautilus Fiduciary Mauritius to the Nautilus group will see the company strengthen its team by 12, bringing the number of group employees to 77.

Nautilus was incorporated in 1999. It specialises in setting up and running trusts and companies, and offers financial solutions to assist with wealth management.

In March, Nautilus acquired New World Trustees (Jersey) for an undisclosed amount.
