UK's Architas Adds New Senior Hire

Wealth, has appointed
James Bampton to the newly created position of head of intermediary sales. Bampton will report to Cedric Bucher, head of business
development, and will lead a new seven strong intermediary distribution team. He joins having spent more than five years as a sales director at UBS
Global Asset Management. Whilst there, his role included the launch and
promotion of a range of multi asset funds for intermediaries and low cost
defined contribution default funds for the auto enrolment pensions market. Prior to UBS, Bampton was head of intermediary sales
at Fidelity International. Architas saw assets rise from £11.3 billion($18.6 billion) to £12.6 billion at the end of the third quarter, up 12 per cent from the same period in 2012.
