North Carolina Firm Hires From Pershing To Fill Newly-Created Top Roles

, a boutique wealth management firm, has recruited
15-year Pershing veteran, Larry Gratch, as president and chief
operating officer. The firm told Family Wealth Report that Gratch does not replace anyone in either of the roles as they are newly-created. Gratch spent 15 years with Pershing, a wholly-owned
subsidiary of the BNY Mellon, responsible for broker-dealer sales and relationship
management in the Southeastern US. Capital Guardian is based in Charlotte, NC.
