Isle of Man-based wealth management administrator Hansard Global is set to float on the London Stock Exchange next month with a valuation of about £300 million to £350 million. Hansard founder Leonard Polonsky, who also founded Liberty Life in the UK in 1970, is expected to reduce his stake from about 75 per cent to less than 50 per cent, generating about £75 million. The float will enable Hansard to attract new business, according to Mr Polonsky who will continue as executive chairman.
